2005 BMW 525i Lease Assumption of $733 per month-Houston

First off, let me say that I love my car, but, I am only 25 years old and I am in the Home Building industry and have to go to job sites often...and having this car isn't practical. I have been using my step-dad's truck when I go to the sites which is becoming quite the hassle. Now here is my situation.

I have a 2005 525i with 26,400 miles in great condition that I need to get out of due to my occupation(need an SUV). The lease is for $733 per month and I have 19 months remaining on the lease. So, as long as you have good credit you can assume the lease with no money down(except for a transfer fee of $487.14). This is a great way to get into a luxury vehicle at a low cost. It is grey exterior with light grey leather interior, sport package, premium wheels, new tires, Sirius equipped, automatic sunroof. I also have the tire and wheel package.

In terms of miles, you can drive 1200 per month and the car needs to be turned in on May 26, 2008.

Please e-mail me at jkaminsky1980@yahoo.com if you are interested.

Might be the fact that it is a 25 versus a 30 or 50. Good luck though! I am trying to get out of my lease as well and not having much success.

I can get into a brand new 530i with sport, premium, nav, sat radio for $623 per month. $3,000 down. You might want to maybe pay the $470 "fee" for the buyer. Also you going to have to give up a couple thousand dollars to bring the monthly down on that thing. You can't lease 525i then expect to get out at no cost to you whenever you fell like it. Check out swap a lease you will be the highest price guy out there. Sorry to say but i am in the same position as you are now but i'm buying a 335i and getting out of a 325i. Needless to say taking a large loss as you will as well.

The thing is...I am not dying to get out of it. It would be more of a convenience than anything. I have it on Swapalease and I am comparable and even a little less than cars of the same like and style. I will probably end up just staying in it, but was hoping to find someone who only wanted a short-term lease with no money down(except the $487 fee). I have actually found a few interested parties through craigslist...but they don't want to wait the two weeks or so that it would take to do the full transfer, meaning they are probably not really that interested.

I guess time will tell, but it looks like I might be riding out my lease.
