2007 X5 Delivery? When are you getting yours???

Please post the date when you placed your order, what stage your order is in and when are you expecting to get your new 2007 X5?.

How long it takes before you are given the Production or VIN number?

I guess nobody in this forum received their new X5 yet.

probably a good guess since they just started officially delivering them on Friday....

I placed my order on Saturday afternoon.... don't have any info for you.

My question is, does the first allotment include any with the sport package?

none of the show car have sport, but if a customer ordered a car with sport, it should come with it, those car are expected to be at dealer very soon

Any X5 delivery yet? Mine is scheduled for production on the 49th week (Dec 3rd -10th). No Prod nor VIN yet.

Salesman said My X5 will be start manufacture on 2nd week of Jan. Any idea when I might get mine? Will it be End of Jan or begi or Feb

Hmmm...The first person on bimmerfest to get one BETTER take pics ASAP....

got i weds evening my dealer called and said come it dropped off the 2005 range rover westminster for 2007 x5

nice car wife still not that happy, misses her range rover which i hated.

I traded my '03 M3 for a Nov. scheduled production as it had the options I was happy with. Space grey, 4.8, black perforated, sport and premium. Car was completed Nov. 17th, and salesperson said it should be deilivered mid dec. I remember her saying..stage 4 or 5??.... I think just last week as I checked. The 4 years of having the M3 has been terrific but I feel a need to move to a more practical vehicle. I sure hope I'm not disappointed in the X5. Hniel/Ontario

nice car drives great ordered 22" wheels, here is the pic from the dealer delivery on weds

car drives great ok power for wife and taking the kids to school, the stock sport 19" are ugly. have 22" wheels going on next week, I had the car tinted and dealer still does not have floor mats in. Car gets expensive fast, however its a bmw and nothing replaces it.

i orderered my3.0 x5 sept 9 it was on order till the 3nd of novermber now its on production no signs of when ill get it i was supposed to recieve it on nov 20th as yet none have been deliverered to my dearership other than a demo model

when did you order yours? Just want to get an idea on how long it takes to get mine.

Did your saleseperson ever give you a Prod number or a VIN?

yes i did and i just found out yesterday that the vehicle is done but there is wait to have it shipped and i should have in by tues the 12th at the latest

I confirmed with BMWUSA that my car is on its way to the dealership. It may take another week for the dealer to ship it out from IOWA to NJ. Hoping to get it before Xmas.

it handles great still getting used to i drive backup camera the technology package is nice too

When did you order and what date it was built? I am trying to find out my delivery and recording is saying it's done building and waiting for carrier to be picked up..!!!

I placed the order with my Client Advisor the 2nd week of October. I'm not sure what was the production start date. I wish I had kept all of the print outs from my dealer. Everytime I went in, he printed the screen showing what status it was in. This information can be pulled up in their system at any time.

The vehicle was awaiting transportation from the Spartanburg Plant to the BMW Performance Center as of Dec 5th.

I think this South Carolina Performance Center delivery protocol is more scrutinzed than when a vehicle is delivered to a dealership. Airplane flights and hotel reservations are involved. They can't have someone arrive in South Carolina and the vehicle not be ready!

I would guess that communcation with your advisor would be the best way to track ground transport progress.
