E70 4.8si (the E53 4.8is replacement) - Bimmerfest

Does anyone here have any info on the E70 4.8si (the M version of the new X5)? The test veh of the X6 is already out but still there is no pics of the test veh of the E70 4.8si. Does anyone here know whether the E70 4.8si (i.e. the M version one with the v8 bi-turbo) will be released in Sept 07?

The "is" version of X5 is due early 2008. The M will go to X6.

What differenes can one expect between the 2007 X5 4.8i and the 2008 X5 4.8is, based on history?

May be a bi-turbo V8 and 400+ HP. Different body kit and other goodies. It will look much better than X5 4.8i.
