Damaged cross member from floor jacks ?

Well, while i was under the car i noticed that my power steering hose coolant line had been crimped and the front of the cross member had been bent

what i think happened is when i brought the car to Radial Tire in Silver Spring, those guys use those big ass floor jacks and when they lifted the front of my car they must not have had the puck at the center of the cross member, and it was catching on the front and also crimped by power steering line

can you bend a cross member by doing it that way ? I couldn't tell if its bent, and need to figure out how badly i need to go after them for damages

thanks !

jeff

Good luck (sincerely). You will have a difficult time proving damages.

Others just don't care about our cars as much as we do.
