Question on '06 M3 Coupe RV Mirror
I just got mine 3 weeks ago and was wondering about my rear view mirror. Every M3 Coupe I recall seeing has the eliptical rear view mirror that matches the shape of the side view mirrors, except that the "06 BMW brochure shows the vert as having the conventionally shaped rear view mirror.
Was that a subtle change they made for later production ones? Or???? Thanks.

I believe the convertibles have the square mirror that also has controls for HomeLink.

But mine's a Coupe
That would make sense, but mine's a coupe. Could it have to do with BMW Assist or something?

The oval mirror looks cool, but the rectangular one has a bit more visibility. The rectangular mirror comes with the Premium Package because of BMW Assist.
