Codes p1250 p0304 on a 1999 E46 323i Help please

Hi All,
Initially I was gettin p1250 and p0304 and p0303 and p0305,
So I replaced the Injectors for Number 3 4 and 5 cleared the codes and it ran for about 2 hours then P0303 came back, I swap the coils as well, (that was last week)
Today I am getting p1250 and p0304, Now the check engine light comes on for a while and then it goes off,
I noticed the following: (I keep a pocket odbII in the globecmpt) If I erase the codes, the car runs Great for about an hour or less, then the moment the light comes back on, it runs like ($%#t)... I know the problem is not the Injectors or the pistons since I also checked the Chamber Preassure.
Has anyone experience this?? BTW ( I am not a professional mechanic but I know my way around my cars) I have heard rummors that this bmw model has this glich, (that it could be the gas cap, or the Fuel filter, or a Vacum leak, promting the code of misfire therefore the computer cuts off the power to that plug, I guess to avoid greater damage to the block)
Also someone told me that there is a sensor located between the flywheel and the transmition, and that because of its magnetic nature, they go bad? (what sensor do you think he was talking about?
Please share with me if you have had this experience or if you might know what else to check??

P1250 is Manufacturer Controlled Fuel And Air Mixture..... My wild-ass-guess would be the MAF.

Someone probably was talking about the crankshaft position sensor. It will set its own code if it goes bad.

Anyone got it fixed. May car's check engine light comes on with shaking. I switch off and switch on the everything goes normal. Any clue??

I got it scanned at Autozone and they told me P1250 and P0303 codes. I had recently relplaced spark plugs (NGK OEM)

me too... in my 323i 1999 I have been hunting down this p300 and now the p1250. changed spark plugs, coils, fuel filter, evr and cleaned intake manifold adjuster. the p1250 points specifically to fuel pressure regulator and at this point that is the only component that could cause both the p1250 and the p0300 random misfire. anyone think different?

check your mass air flow meter... remove it and then clean it.
