Exclamation Z4 Hardtop

Does anyone know how to fit a BMW Z4 HARDTOP.

I have fitted the hardtop onto the vehicle and locked the back.

For some funny reason the front hooks do not suck in and latch?

Anyone know what could be wrong?

Thanks.

Smile Need to do the front manually.

There is a plastic cover near the front of the hardtop, which comes off. You need the BMW tool 54-21-7-076-394 $6.00 , which fastens the front. Buy two, one for the car, one for the garage.

You need to loosen all four bolts on the plungers at the rear, center the top on the car, then retighten the bolts. I had the same problem and the top appeared torqued to the right. See page 5 on the Z4 Hardtop Retrofit Kit
