Engine cutting out

First Post. So Hello all.

I have a 2nd generation mini cooper, during our cold spell last week, my car kept cutting out whilst coming to a halt, for about 10-15 mins after starting from cold, been back to BMW who cant diagnose the problem, due to the lack of cold weather.

Anyone had similar probs and what was the outcome.
