Mein Auto: BMW E93 335i Convertible
So this is my first Bimmerfest. Are you suppose to drive your car to the Showgrounds? Are you allowed to park it there and are you suppose to put it on show for everyone?

you can only valet or push your car from the Ramada to the fair grounds. Just drive down. BMW's go one way, everyone else goes the other and people will just walk around and look or you can get preferred parking if you have a rare or special car. At least that's how it went last year if IIRCC. You'll find plenty of info about the 'Fest on thissite.

Check the photo on the event page for parking tips. If you're staying at the Ramada, we typically drive over as a group.

Nothing specifically. I would guess that gathering car model information serves a couple of purposes. One, it gives current and prospective vendors demographic information about the market they'll reach from this show. Second, it gives us enthusiasts a feel for how much company we'll have (lots if you come in an E46, not so many for us E86M folks).
