J/K! Actually, I would think that john@andersonbmw.com (I believe that's right - do a search) can fix you up at a decent price. I don't know about aftermarkets...there is probably not a huge demand for lost 6er cup holders. Now if we had two....

Are you going to sell him your cupholder since your car came without the "receiver" for it in the transmission tunnel?

(I remember these little things. Looked nice, too.)

Cal, My friend, you have a fine mind!
I was going to offer to mail it to him and sent an email offering exactly that, however he has not seen fit to answer, so I guess it is too bad.
I am going to the Sharkfest next month in Asheville and will be talking of our great time last January. I spent a whole year in California and never understood it until that great day we had on the highway. I have told my bride we are going out to see you in a couple of years and I mean it!

How do you lose the cupholder? Are you sure it is not in the rear console cup holder? It stores in there when you want it out of the way.

I have a 6 series and have been looking EVERYWHERE for a cup holder. Did the designers not drink coffee!?!? I was just wondering if it might still be available..... I'd be very happy to work something out with you if you could spare it

I am guessing you didn't realize this thread is over 4 years old.

Try eBay, and if not, some members on here are probably able to part with one.

I would check and make sure it's not stored in the rear part of the armrest. Here is a link from another thread with a picture.

You can buy the cupholders off eBay or from the dealer for ~ $90.

Also make sure your car has the "receiver" bracket for the holder in the center console. I think cupholders were an option on some non-North American cars. Click on the link in this thread for a picture of an installed cup holder.
