pad replacement
I just got a set of axxis deluxe pads and i was going to install them myself. Bmw just did a complete pads and rotors on all for wheels about 3500 miles ago so can i just swap out the pads and not do anything to the rotors ? The reason i got the new pads is i just can't take the dust anymore. Any tips would be appreciated,

3500 miles for the rotors is nothing compared to the 25000 miles they're supposed to last, so I wouldn't do anything with the rotors. They should be fine.

you should be able to padslap them , this is the BMW way, replacing pads until the lip on the outside of the rotor gets nice and big. I usually see them ready to replace every 15-20k.

I got rid of the dust by switching to Wagner ThermoQuiets.
