Should I take to dealer tomorrow?

Make a long story short, I made an appointment couple of weeks ago to take the car for the routine 30K vehicle inspection but few days ago my tire-rack TPM failed on me. Now I am driving with the "TMP Malfunction" on Idrive. Tire-rack is replacing the tire sensors (thank you tire-rack) but it won't be for the next couple of days to get them shipped and installed (hoping that would fix the issue with TPM malfunction is another subject).

My question: Would the dealership give me a hard time for having as they call it a "non BMW authorized" wheels/tires/sensors on the car or it doesn't really matter as what tires/wheels I have on the car when doing inspection, with the malfunction still showing on idrive!??

your input is appreciated,

I would say it all depends on your dealer. Some of them can be real sticklers and could try to void your warranty. I doubt that would happen (unless the 3rd party TPM directly/indirectly damages something). BUT--it's always a risk when you install after-market components (especially those that aren't merely cosmetic).
