They certainly show a ton of pictures in that article. This design doesn't excite me at all.It looks like various designs all stuck together, doesn't flow well at all.Even the wheels look awful.

I'm liking it more but the E46 is a tough act to follow

When I saw the E46 M3 for the very first time, I said I MUST HAVE it. This new model is nice, the front grill is not agressive and the rear is too much flair for nothing though, but I dont have the same feeling. Just my take on it.

I've always liked the E46 M3 and if I didn't need 4 doors, I would have bought one. But that said, I must disagree with Riuster and Shades. I think the E92 M3 is definitely not a design by committee, but truly a form following function design and really looks the part even more so then the venerable E46 M3 ZSP. From the wheels to the 'power bump' on the hood, there's a method to the insanity and the creation is once again king of the non-exotic sports car realm.
BMW did their homework and made a beast of an automobile. The first time I saw it as the Geneva Concept I knew there would be no other car for me till I owned one and following first year teething problems, I will. Now the question is which color with the 19s? ![]() I can't wait to drive it

When I first saw a 335 it had more presence than in any photos I had seen. I think the same will be true here. The hood bulge is the one part that could be better integrated.

You maybe right about the bulge, but I think that it probably looks better in person... the pictures likely don't do it justice since it reflects so much light. We'll soon see though

adjustable suspension, v8 a lighter engine than the inline 6, bmw claims 4.8, but the car is expected to do 0-60 at under 4.5 and with the double clutch SMG tranny...that should be improved with sport setting on! I hope more continue to dislike then I dont have to wait. :-) Looks like a winner to me

I'm also waiting on the double clutch SMG version of this one -shouldn't it be called DSG as the VAG's one, as it has 2 clutches?
