dont know . just drop car off and picked it up . the place makes them . it was only 40 pounds more than a standard one . as for the cone filter not to sure as were i live we get a lot of rain

The government are an easy target when bad things happen here mate

Am not saying they are perfect (by a LONG way), but like you said, they cant account for us having 1 months rain in 1 day!!
