Excellent dealer in NY State

Just in case any of you out there are considering a purchase in NY State, I want to recommend my dealer. I just ordered a ED 2004 cic from Ted Walawender at Carbone BMW (June pickup).

Excellent customer service thus far. (Returns e-mails within minutes and answers all my 1000 questions)
Excellent price, no hassle, no games, no hidden fees.
Excellent experience overall.

Ted Walawender is located at Carbone BMW in Utica NY. Another satisfied customer.

He is TedW on this board, if any of you are interested, so you can PM him directly.

He's not in NYC, he's in Utica upstate.

Its nice to hear good things about dealers most of the time you only hear the bad stuff.IMHO you should put those kind of comments good or bad on dealerrater.com so everyone can bebefit from them as well

IMHO, it's worth a trip up to Utica...I also live in NYC and have heard negative reviews about Life Quality

I got mine from BMW of Manhattan. BMW of Bayside is horrible, don't waste your time with them. I have had a great experience with BMW of Manhattan.

I almost went to Carbone to order my car and when I talked to the man on the phone he answered my multiple questions with great customer service... BUT I ended up going to Towne BMW in Williamsville,NY after being led there by a few members on this board... and they are amazing ... great service.. fast and friendly. Rich my dealer even called to wish me a happy birthday the other day. He has a newsletter that he mails out to his customers called (Rich's Two Cents) each month filled with BMW news , car tips and other various tid bits of info that I find very helpful and interesting. So there are many great dealers in NY!!!

Complete opposite from Open Road in NJ ,first bmw I bought from them the salesman stayed pretty much in touch with me.The second bmw I bought from them, same salesman never once got in touch with me even to find out why I stoped going to them for service work.Now I go to JMK BMW for all my service work and I'm 100% satisfied.I'll probably buy my next BMW from them when I'm ready because they take care of you like a dealer should in there service work and the way they treat you.
