How hard is it to install angel eyes. I know you have to take the head light a part and take the lens out but will it ever seal properly will it fog inside?

No, you *can't* install install angel eyes on US spec headlights, you have to get a whole new assembly with glass and all.
 Sorry, I'm sure it's not what you were looking to hear.
