Exclamation doors wont lock!

anyone have any idea why my doors wont lock? if i press the button on the key fob it turns on the alarm but the doors dont lock. if you press the accual lock they all go down then back up. and if you use the key in the door it does the same thing. i made a video of it so its alittle easier to understand but i cant put it up yet. ill put it up in about an hour.
