e30 turbo kits

Any of you guys know anything about these turbo kits being sold on ebay? Just wanted to know if anyone had put one on their cars. Thanks ahead guys, wanting to do some homework on it, looking to put one on.

Anything on eBay I'd be a little suspicious about, but that's just my personal opinion.

Yea, some e30 i have seen here in the forums that have turbos... wondering what they used.
As for the ebay thing.... only one way to find out also if I don't do the home work, and I don't want to buy it just to test it out.

I would love to get this too if it was trustworthy, I've been looking through comments. Here are the only 2 bmw ones I could find. Wish we could ask the bottom guy more questions.

Good luck with that noise. When turboing an NA motor you need to retard the timing and increase the fuel.

Dont see anything for that.

i can see in the pic the FMU or a high flow FPR, yeah dont know bout the timing though

you think it would work on an eta w/ a conforti chip????

Dont see any injectors either. I think at ultra low boost, you could run stock chip.

Nothing is worse than detonation to a turbo engine, well maybe overheating. A kit that doesnt address detonation is not a complete kit.

Great input guys, I will love to also hear from people who have used this kit, it pretty much a starter kit and just add more or upgrade to it more or less. From doing more home work most def on the bigger injectors.

exactly... one time purchase.... if I don't like the products that come with it I will just replace the ones I don't like. Atleast I don't have to source the rest of the system. If I find a good deal on a S50 motor... hell man I will do the swap.

Abused,
The wheels are SportMax 002 et0 offset. 16x8 all around 3" inch lip on those things. The tires are Falkens 205x45x16. The suspension are H&R springs with Bilstein sport shocks.

Last time I checked the e30 had a 4 cylinder engine no?

you are right, e30 does come with a 4 cyl 318i/is

thanks Raff, I bought a 89'325i a couple of months back. Just starting to invest in it. Bought it for 450.00 USD(just happens to be a luck find) with 126k on it needs new suspension and thats it, all els works good: How much did you lower it.

Saw that one to buddy, so many goodies to buy for our cars. We have to play that mega million lotto so we can all buy some extra pep for our ladies.

no doubt man...I've got a sweet deal that just went into effect last week. We just moved into a new house that my in-laws own, and we only have to pay 200 a month! My car fund is going to grow like crazy.(i'd still rather take the loto$) And the best part is my new place is in the country and the roads are supper curvy like in the mountains. I'm going to make a video of it this fall and post it maybe..

for a 1000bucks how good can it be???(pooopooo)...if you what to know more about turboing your e30 go to www.e30tech.com there is so many on that Forum so they know what to do when it comes to turboing e30s........
