AFM question

If i was to put in a K&N CAI (http://www.knfilters.com/search/prod...x?Prod=57-0070) with the heat shield (http://www.signaturemotoring.com/Col...r%20Intake.htm) would the only change needed be that i need to remove the AFM? or should it fit directly in front of the AFM? Just kindof confused as to where exactly the CAI would fit in correctly. And curious if anyone has any negative experiences with a CAI in general. Thanks for all the help.

The CAI will replace you airbox and sit immediately upstream of your AFM. It does not replace your AFM.
