Actually i didn't repair the door panels by my self. The only thing that i do to them was a layer of polyester so they can stay in one piece (they are not so strong, even were there new).

The 4 seats and the door panels i gave them to a company that do leather interiors from scratch.

I found it at my local distributor. Along with the rear spoiler, the steering wheel the shift knob, the deco-set and others. They were unsold for 14 years, just waiting for me.....

Actually is not so easy. When you order an ALPINA part, you must give them an original ALPINA vin (NOT BMW VIN!!!!).If not..... you can't even get a rear badge.....

Which is not bad if you want to keep your products clean from imitations.

Makes sense....Harley used to do the same thing with fuel tank emblems...you had to bring in the old on to get a new one

this has been an enjoyable thread to follow! Nice job. I really like how it looks. After each time I read this thread I go out to my garage and look at my e34 and think, "what a sorry excuse for a car"! I gotta do something with it. No where near what you have done; but, something.

Thank you for your kind words my friend.
And don't forget. I start by just removing the rear spoiler. Everything else follows.
You can do it too.
