Just wondering, what problems might you face removing the 2 lt. and replacing it with a 3.5 lt. ? would you need to upgrade the transmission(if it was still auto) or the diff ?

Same here. I would like to get some info from you too OffTheWall. It would be greatly appreciated. I am doing a turbo for my M20 project. I am going with a compressor for the M50.

One way to tell is to look up the replacement tranny for both engines and compare the specs on them. That should tell you exactly what you need to know.

Sorry for the delay guys but i was on my vacation on a greek island.
No problemo my friend. I have the whole car not just the 3.5 engine.
Transmission-diff-electronics, everything.

Hello guys. It's been a while since i wrote. I'm planning another project and i've been busy.

OK. Remember the 18'' ALPINA style rims?
They are ready. I paint them (with electrostatic paint) and put tires on them.

That's Michelin's Pilot sport 2.
235/40R18 at the front and 265/35R18 on the back.
And here it is:

Small update. I put a ALPINA emblem at the trunk and still looking for the: "B10" or the "B10 Biturbo"

And an artistic one:

I also bought a original alpina key holder, which by the way match the black leather interior:

What are your plans for the exhaust? A custom inlaid dual exhaust? (meaning you have to play around with the gas tank... if I'm not mistaken)?

I'm really curious to see your progress on that specifically

Beautiful car again, by the way, the alpina badge is gorgeous

did you do the pinstriping yourself? It's top notch
