MZ3 Ride Height

What is the ride height (Front and Rear) for a stock M Roadster?
What are some typical ride height for lowered M Roadster with coilovers?

Where do you measure it from? I've been measuring from the ground to the fender, or from the top of the rim to fender.

17in
std - 632mm---------593mm*
spt - 660mm---------578mm
