20" alpina classic wheels in question are
9*20 et 20
10*20 et 32

bmw spec is 9x20 and 10x20, both at ET24 if OEM wheels. (some even 25 at 10)

meaning frontwheel will sit 4mm further out than stock, which really shouldn't be much of a problem, rear wheel wil sit 7-8mm to far in, minimum for a proper hubcentric spacer is 10mm, so this should sit 2mm further out than stock, again not a problem I think.

after 10 mins of google I find that both E38 and E65 are 72.56mm centerbore, and my E39 is the "odd" bmw with a larger bore.

For suspension..most people on here got their rides lowered with H&R springs. Good luck.

just my grey 7 with stone nascar leather, UK launch car so every extra including dynamic drive which is awsome. logic 7 blah blah blah.

neways thought i would upload my pics for you all.

thanks for all the data in diy its really cool to have somewhere to go except the stealership when the car gets pissed and lights up the dash.
