I'm new to this forum but I recently picked up a 2006 750li and I love the car but I am a little upset about the music options. I like a lot of other people listen to my Ipod in my vehicle but with this car I can't. The only solution that I found was a radio transmitter thing. I have the rear entertainment system and I heard that puchasing an Ipod cable from the dealer will lose that system. I don't understand at all.

I dont know why but yes you will loose the rear ent. Sucks Car looks good by the way

Lgit , normally i don't think 5 spoke rims suit the 7 ! but yours looks well nice on them ! good choice !!

+1 on that! I think it's because it has a lip. I don't think 5 spoke rims w/o a lip suit the 7, way too sporty. sure they look nice, but too sporty for a luxury car like this.

they are easy to wash, i tell you that LOL

750li...artic white with aftermarket crystal coating....22s with 3.5in lip front n 4.5in back and are 3 piece staggered set.. 20 percent all around tint n 40 on the front but tint not in in photo.. keeping a grown look...

i love white seven's !!! nice ride mate !!

I am new as well. Created account back in Dec 08. Love the look of the cars out here. I must do something with mine after I roll the dice today with the dealer. Threw out 1 question, but no answers. I have posted another one this morning. I will take pics of the car and post as soon as I get it fixed and washed. Pray it will not cost much. I have a Lighting sys error and now the batter is dead and before that, the alarm went off (finally got that stoped. Just nuts this morning, been dealing with this since about 8 last night.

hmm i dont think i have ever seen or would ever see those 18's in chrome...i guess i was wrong.

are you going to get wheels? i bet your ride is the smoothest out of all of ours

Yes sir, those are the style 175 chromed and the ride is very smooth. I had them dipped just to see what they would look like. They are decent imho. As for riding my luxury car on "rubberband" wheels, no sir. I have rolled 20's---24's on several different vehicles and while not harsh or unacceptable, I really dont want the feel of the road translated to my ass or to have a riding experience that seems wrong to me for this car.
