My friend at the detail shop uses a large plastic mallet to smooth them out when I put on new tires and does a pretty good job. I have a ways to go before I need tires so I was "living with" the vibration for now. Yesterday, damn if I hit a hard ridge on my right front side in a construction area. Teeth gritting and a big OH SH**!! I thought I was cooked. As I pulled on to the highway, low and behold not only did the wheel vibration not get worse, it completely disappeared. Sooooo... You never know when a second "hit" could actually correct an irregularity. It was a GOOD DAY and with no noticeable dents or dings in the wheel rim edge. I should probably have played the Lottery!!

Hey guys, not the best pictures but I just wanted to say hello and tell everyone how excited I am to see so many enthusiasts here - I did not know that an E65/E66 forum like this existed! Is anyone else here in Los Angeles?
I will try to get some better pictures soon. It seems that these rims are very popular, but I definitely love that I see some people have the same taste! So many nice different 7s on here!
