I'm definitely in the market for new rims and the H&R lowering treatment. I don't have long on the warranty and there are a few bits and pieces I'm having them take care of before it runs out. I've heard some horror stories with SA's blaming all kinds of stuff on rims and springs that clearly isn't related to either...so I've decided to wait until everything is fixed before doing anything beyond stock.

I like sunny's wheels a lot, especially since I saw them on the white 760 below. My car definitely needs bigger rear tires. Right now it looks like it's on ice skates.

if you get the style 128 rims you dont have to worry about the SA blaming them for anything. its a bmw accessory. and definitely lower the car. does your car have self level suspension?

No, there are springs in the rear.

I like this style a lot; the great-great set of 128 rims –love the look. But the extra $$ keeps me away. Do you give away any comfort going to 21” rims?

the ride is slightly rougher but not by much. i dont think you will be disappionted with them.

I also do like those rims. However, I prefer more spokes than just five. It makes the rims look bigger then they are (imagine, they are allready huge).

for some reason I love the chrome pillars on the e65/66. I always thought that they look tacky on all cars but they blend perfectly with the window chrome trim stock on the car. What do you guys think? Should I do it on my black Li?

OK, coming from a chrome guy because I know everyone on this forum is conservative and hates chrome.

What do you guys think about the rims on this 7?(the one w/out the dog) I have the alpine white w/the same rims but no color just chrome.
