How to get dealer to fix front right speaker?

The techician heard the rattle, but did nothing about it. Any idea how to get dealer to fix front right speaker rattle?

I've taken my car to the dealer (who I love) 4 times for the same right front speaker in the door. It rattles all the time... I have tuned it out though as I hate going back over and over ... just to read "replaced right front speaker" on the work done ****.
oh well.

The TSB that i saw for my coupe shows that it is not the speaker. The bass causes a rattle in the door itself. I dunno if it applies to the sedan, but the TSB shows that they insulate certain parts of the door with sound deadening foam. I suppose that Dynomat would do the same.
