He made a huge difference, along with tens of thousands of others.

When my 17 year old is busting me about how useless my generation was, I tell him we did three things that made a major difference to the country: environmental awareness and action; promoting equal rights for women; and most important, putting a sharp knife in the chest of racism a few times.

Didn't fix 'em, particularly the last, but the difference between 1955 and now is phenomenal.

Happy birthday Dr. King.

Dr King would turn over in his grave if he saw how his dream has been perverted by the left wing.

Sorry, didn't mean to go all PS...

HBD MLK!

Yeah, totally. I'm pretty sure if he were alive, he would have taken Palin's spot at the Glenn Beck rally. And and what not...

Its that time again - the day that we all forget about until we call the bank and realize they're closed for the day. I didn't even hear it mentioned on the news, since its Obama Day V2.0.

Sad to say... I did not realize until I noticed I couldn't get anywhere this am.
MLK parade.

Otherwise, I'm sure I would have figured it out at some point.
