BMW Assist Concierge?

Has anyone subscribed to the concierge services? If so would you do it again? I'm thinking it would be nice to upgrade to it since it can download navigation destinations into the nav system rather than searching through POI's. Do they give stock reports on it as well or just weather and traffic?

I have it, I intend to renew.

They will look up just about anything for you, find points of interest, make restaurant and hotel reservations etc.
I especially like the download to nav feature since you can keep your hands on the wheel and you eyes on the road intead of being distracted by programming IDrive.

I've used my Amex benefits for reservations in the past and thought it was a a nice benefit. Glad to hear the BMW one is good and especially for just 200 bucks! Now if my car will just get off the boat already!

I used the conceirge (you don't have to be in the car to use the service) to find me a Hotel room in DC last year. They saved me $200 over the best price I could find on my own.
That one usage paid for the first year. I also use the service to schedule service appointments at BMW. For that type of thing you don't have to negotiate voice mail menus or wait on hold forever. The concierge will make the call, get the reservation and call you back.

Good luck with the new car. Hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy mine.
I parked next to an AW E90 328i with beige this morning.

My dad's Z4 is TiaG with Black, I think if space grey had been available he would have got it, it is definitly another sharp color!

It's an annual subscription so I do not think there is a limit. Will find out for sure once I get my car and can sign up!

It is a yearly subscription. There is no limit to how often you use it. I generally only use the car on weekends so I don't use it often lately. When I had the car in Florida I used it virtually every day.

BMW made a mistake in doing a mass email of the BMW Assist upgrade for $99 for 4 years! At first they said it was a mistake and they will get back to me with whatever decision BMW made on how to remedy the mistake. They came back two weeks later with an email stating that it will be $99 for 6 months. So, I called and told them that it was a total ripoff and they should honor the initial email. They told me again that they will make a note on my account and get back to me. Lo and behold, after a couple of days, I get a call from BMW telling me that they will honor the $99 for 4 years! So I signed up!

Hmmmm. I thought that with the Premium Package, BMW Assist was included for four years.

bmw assist is included for four years but the concierge services is a deiffrent package

i wish i had gotten that email, i would be on it right away.
it sounds worth it, but i dont have nav and that takes away one of the best features.

Will the "download directions to nav" feature of the concierge service work on 2006 MY X5's?
