burnt harness need help with coils
Hi everyone I have a question about my friends 1995 318 convertible. The car’s engine wiring harness shorted out and burnt a bit. We got another engine harness but the harness we got was from a 1992 318 that had 4 separate ignition coils our 1995 had only one coil pack . I just wanted to know if the harness and 4 individual coils can be used or would I have to splice in the newer style single coil pack at the ECU? TIA
