Works perfectly
Hi Lance,

Just wanted to let you know I've received the kit and it has been installed and works perfectly. Although I had to shave a little off one of the pieces due to the clip on my regulator being slightly bent. After shaving the edge of the piece it worked perfectly.
Thanks for such a simple remedy to an irritating BMW design oversight.

I'm incredibly happy I found this thread. My fiance has a 1997 528i, and the driver's rear window isn't working anymore. Pretty sure this is the fix, I just have to get time to verify it. Regardless, could you please PM me with the info and prices for the repair kit? If it's cheap enough, we may go ahead and get one for the other side too. Thanks.
