Hi Lance,

I also need the kit. Does one kit cover both rear windows or only one? Both my rear windows are bad.

Anyways, PM me so I can make a purchase from you if you're still making them.

thanks.
Al

Fred,
Always good to hear about the kit fixing another regulator, always bad hearing about another fender bender when some moron is at fault!! Hope you get it fixed quick.

this is great. the rear left window on my 1995 740i stopped working. I was wondering whether this would work for my car too. i am hoping that they have the same mechanism over the reange if their cars.

Sorry, if it was earlier it would! Compair the pics in my instructions or the videos and see if your regulators are simular or different. www.bmwrepairkit.com maybe the X5 is the same in the later years??

truelies,
Sorry but the repair kit won't work on a 2000 528i, regulators changed part number around the 6/99 build date and the design changed enough that the repair parts in the kit won't fit.

Mein Auto: '97 BMW 528i
Hey Lance,

I drive a '97 528i and both passenger windows dont work. One goes down several inches while the other slides down and makes a crunching sound when trying to activate. Will the kit be able to fix both and can I have the information in how to get one?

Email me at: spintrex8@hotmail.com

Hope this works, these windows have been broken forever!

Thanks in advance,
~Chris

Spintrex,
Sent you an email, FTI to all, the kit only repairs the back windows, no repair kit available for front windows!

Thanks,
lance
