Unlock X3 problem

To unlock my car I need to press the button of the remote control 7-8 times. How can I fix it ?

Sounds as if the battery in the key/remote may need to be replaced.

You should have been provided two keys with remotes. Try the "spare" and see if that works like its supposed to, if not then you may have other issues besides the battery. I don't know what the overseas warranty is like but I would certainly go to the dealer if for no other reason than to get them to show you how to replace the key battery if that is indeed the problem.

Thought the battery was recharged every time you used it?

and to be a smart ass

just start using the key directly in the lock, it works the first time, every time!
