Happy new '08 X3 3.0si owner!
Hi all...I'm also new to the board, though I'm not new to BMW ('98 528i and '01 X5) with the X3 in addition to my current '05 Audi S4.

I took delivery on Saturday, February 23 after the boat was delayed getting to the US. It has a build date of 1/08. So far, I like it a great deal and think it is a very good size for urban driving and parking. I also think that passing on the sport suspension was a good plan, since I'm not bouncing over DC's potholes like I was in the X5.

This board has a lot of great info, and was really helpful as I did research into the X3.

Here's my new '08 X3 3.0si:

Silver gray metallic
Black nevada leather
Premium package
Cold package
Steptronic automatic transmission
Heated steering wheel
Navigation
Xenon headlights
Privacy glass
Dark ash wood

I plan on going this route as well for the same reasons since I live in the Metro NY area.
