Hey Ashe. Just got off the phone with Jon Shafer and got some solid plans coming together. The east coast event is going to be off the hook this year if we can get all this to work out! If you can get that big, bigger, biggest lot for any of these dates that would be very cool. We are thinking in this order 6/8, 6/15, 6/1, 6/22, 6/29. If you can think of any reason why any of these dates does not work, let us know and don't get that date. Some other ideas we are thinking to get your mind running include: group rates at hotels, group airline rates (we are thinking big), or package hotel/airline deals. It would be cool to have a hotel running a shuttle between there and the event a few times during the day (saving people on rental cars). We also need to think about food vendors, DJ/Audio System, paintless dent removal, tent rentals, water to wash cars (whether it be a local place or something else) and other event type equipment. Bathrooms this year is a must :-) Any other suggestions or things you can think of that need to get done for the event? If you have any ideas you want to toss out, we want to hear them. Let us know how much time you have to put in and then we can figure out how we are going to get it all done. Above all, keep it quiet. We want to have everything locked in place before anyone knows what we are doing. Especially since there are quite a few people that might try to give us **** about running the event. (like tom).

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Mark and Tim
