Are you asking for help? Your post is a little...short. For future reference, depending on the issue you have it would be helpful to give a little more information such as model year or build date and mileage.

So a very general suggestion, check your battery. These cars are full of electronics and a lot of the modules don't behave correctly when the voltage is low and I know on the E38 that "trans failsafe" is typically caused by low voltage on the transmission control module.
