Your transmission pressure solenoid is bad.

Thank you. Do you know what part do I need to replace, or how should I go about it?

Exclamation P1749 pressure solenoid valve

well, maybe the valve is bad maybe not, it could also be bad connection, well on my car i had the same problem, when i diagnosed my car i got the same code, but when i clean it out, it disappears for a while and comes back after couple of driving, my doubts was (bad connection or my transmission oil need to be replaced)
anyway i checked out the connections with the valve it was good, No damaged signs of the connectors with the valve no signs of damaged wires, then decided to replace my oil transmission and no more codes no headache. car is working perfectly.

I also had that code once. I was having alternator / battery issues as well. I replaced the alternator and the battery, cleared the code and it has not come back.
