Furthest travelled (driven) to Bimmerfest

These guys all drove to Santa Barbara to join us for Bimmerfest 2008!

I was also staying at Motel 6 and there was a group of five guys that drove from Wisconsin in a E28. That's right five guys in an E28.

It took them 26 hours driving straight through.

That is true dedication, and that IMHO deserved an award!

Hi there, My son and I drive down from Vancouver, Canada. I believe that there were a few more that made the journey down...2100 kilometers..

Haha, yea that was me and my four buddies in my E28. 26 hours there, 34 hours back. We'll be back next year, hopefully with more than ONE car.

And dont forget I will be driving right there next to you guys! I will bring some kegs with this year too, 2 ten gallon kegs should do the trick....


BTW Im the one from MN, I had a 91 325iC M-technic (the one with the giant dent in the fender from the snow storm in denver)

Oh yea, I'm sure we'll do work on the 10 gallon kegs. I'm already counting down to 09, is that bad?
