What income would you recommend for purchasing this car?? I'm about to grad. med school and will be working very soon. What is the avg. income for most people who purchase them?

Debt should be the bigger concern. Some people make tons of money, but are super leveraged in debt. If you can swing a new one with the med school debt, congrats. If not, you can still find a fantastic deal on an '06 or '07 right now in this market. People are dumping cars for cheap. Since these cars come with huge warranties, search for a clean, low mileage car and rest comfortably knowing that you have plenty of coverage with the service and bumper-to-bumper warranties. I live in VA and found a great one down in FL. Bought it sight unseen and had it shipped up for about $600. Good luck. This car is a beast and a blast to drive (and own). I got stopped constantly by people wanting to look at the car.
