Yeah, I think he we will dropping it soon since its the second time he listed it. On the bright side this is coming straight from Iforged so you know it was done with care and not by some mickey mouse shop.

Yummy. I really like it. I think painting the rims blue on the lip was alittle over the top, but I love the look.

I'd buy it, for about 1/2 of the asking price. I'll bet if he dropped the price down to around $30K, he'd sell it.

I agree that the asking price a little high. Considering its an 2002 "i" without the luxury seating.

The only things I'll give him props for are the BBK and the body kit. He molded the pieces into the body so it flows smoothly (especially the trunk spoiler).

i guess he only likes the "Li" versions versus the short wheel base "i" but i do agree that the extra legnth makes rear so much roomier compared to the short one

i purposely chose the shorter version because i just dont need the car to be any bigger.

I thought someone had posted this hideous 02, non luxury seat, no major options car already... Not worth 32, let alone 42. Lots of 2s...

As far as the i vs Li... I chose an i because I didn't want the extra weight/length and like the look of the shorter wheelbase version.

I like it. I wouldn't pay the asking price, but its nice for what it is.

It doesn't make any sense to put $48,000 into a 2002 trying to make it look like a 2006+. If the previous owner really liked that blue, it probably would have been cheaper to just get a B7 in the same or similar color. The lines on the car do look really nice. I think it would kick ass in black.

I agree 110%. I know some of these guys just get the aftermarket bug, but why not just make a spectacular 06+ rather than a sub-par '02. I was fully expecting to see a tricked out car from headlights to spoiler, but inside it's a barren wasteland of stockness.

Right, me too. I was actually looking for a 5 series, and decided that since the 7s were actually cheaper at auction than the 5s, it made absolutely no sense to go with the 5. I didn't want an Li, because for me the car is plenty big already and I specifically searched for an i.

Why is there always someone around who feels it necessary to try to belittle people that haven't made the same choice as them, therefore rendering the belittled person's choice as inferior? Guess what; they make different cars, models and manufacturers because not everyone wants the same thing.

Guess it's time to get off of it now.

That's a shame.

Has anyone looked at that beat-up front seat, or the overall interior condition. If I spent that kind of money on upgrades I would at least keep it tip-top.

I like the mods and how everything was done.

As far as 42...hmmm Realistically for around 45 you can get an 06 750, put some wheels on it and it would look almost as good, alot of the mods on that car are not neccesary. Keep in mind guys that alot of these"modded" cars had damage Ie lets say a nose hit, hense why the updated front end, alot of the times the cost isnt that much more to get the newer parts. I know of alot of corvettes that under went a full wide body conversion after being wrecked..
