Yikes. The site is being assimilated!

BTW, Don Flow has proven he's a stand up guy. If his dealership was in Columbus OH, I'd trust him and do business with him.

I am so picturing Harvey Keitel in "Pulp Fiction" saying that.

In any case, that is SO out of line to interrogate you like a criminal. They aren't the farking cops and you aren't some hood rat caught slingin' rock. That is INSANE that they would do that.

I concur with the earlier poster, my response, once I got over the disbelief, would be

And then I would declare an internet jihad on them. If there is some way you could get an article or blog entry written about it, submit it to Fark and watch it roll.

Oh, and how embarrassed were you to hear your handle pronounced out loud?

"Are you... coontie?"

"Well, only sometimes. If I'm having a bad day."

My dealer sucks too

Most of the BMW dealers Ive been to just plain suck. It's what happens when the supply is constrained and the product is so good that you dont have to work at selling it. People get lazy and don't really have any regard for the customer. The economy we're in now will change all that - even for the high and mighty BMW dealers. Their attitude in service is sorry too. Good thing BMW picks up the service bill for the first 3/36. Ive had my car come out of service in worse shape than it was when it went in. Great car - horrid dealer network.
