If lots of problems, it might be a sub-$1K car... but, if it's a nice daily driver.. or a restored beauty.. it could go anyhwere from $2500-$7500..

Yes its a runner, and of course it has some problems.
Rust on trunk lid and soon over passenger side back wheel well.

Actually, it doesn't look bad... I'd check with the local mechanic that works on it.. See if he knows anyone..
