+1 for just jacking it up to check. that takes like 5 minutes to do and you will have a definitive answer.

The company wrote me back and its not the same company http://www.bb-automobiltechnik.de/bb2004/index.php

bb was located in Frankfurt until 1986 so my 1987 325i must of been their last one's. I'm trying to find out what BB stand for. and its not B&B

Steering wheel shakes

I just changed the front and rear brakes. All of them were original and falling apart lol. I raised the back put the car in first gear and I spin the wheel, they both go the opposite way, so I guess i don't have LSD, but when I burn out both spin. So I just ordered a 4.10 LSD from a 1990 325i its in very clean condition, have not told my wife yet about this purchase lol. Another thing is when i'm going about 50 miles the steering wheel shakes, the car does not have power steering, anyone know what could it be? or is it normal? Thanks guys.

also, you might need some hub-centric rings for your rims. I had a shake at 75 and the hub-centric rings took care of that for me.

edit- but since your rims are actually of nice quality as compared to the sort of cheap but cool looking set i just put on, this probably isn't your problem, but I thought I would throw it out there.

I have finally found out what is BB. A company in Frankfurt Germany called Buchmann. I have Googled Buchmann bb and have found pictures of Mercedes and porches that they also have worked on, pretty cool stuff.

http://groups.msn.com/1980extremetun...obuchmann.msnw

Here is the info on the company Buchmann.

I have no idea. On the spoiler it has a bmw logo.

As of specs i know has modified cam. I just ordered a 4.10 LSD. I need a new muffler because this one has a hole in the pipe.

Sweet ride! I saw a plain 87 325ic for sale in FL with 28K miles for $12,000. It's rare, it's cherry, you have good history on it.....and it's an e30: You did good. Looks like Alpina interior. Interesting how the fuel consumption gage is in liters/100km scale.
What is that orange light under your fuel gage?

How much of a trade off is the 4.10 rear end going to be? I know I would love the giddy up but isnt that going to make 1st useless?

Is this car just a toy for you or is it used for regular transportation?

Its a toy car to drive on the weekend. right now its 3.64 open differential, and putting in a 4.10 LSD. Right now the gears feel long

I normally drive a 07 VW jetta GLI

Yeah i noticed that, if you look at the top of the steering wheel you will see an old school Police radar mounted, it came with the car from Germany.

The light under the fuel gauge is the seatbelt light.

My guess is Baur had something to do with your car. They are a German coachbuilder.
Take it easy on the 150 mph stuff if you care to see 34,000 miles.

Lol, yeah I only hit 130 but I will keep it slow and conserve the car. I just balanced my tires and its way better, my mechanic said it also could be that the car was sitting in the garage for so long, with driving the car more often will hopefully eliminate the problem, but its way better than before. Now I need a new exhaust it has holes in the pipe and the catalytic converter is dead something inside is moving, might be burned. Any suggestions on a new exhaust? Thanks

Out of the shop

Just got the car out of the shop. Needed new head gaskets, manifold gaskets, throttle idle adjustment. Swapped out the 3.64 diff to 4.11 lsd. so much power I'm loving it.
