Cool new way to make your e39 stand out with LED lights

Ok so i had my E39 for 3 years looks better then ever,

started on the tail lights that i both from ebay, they looked good but when i went to put them on the warning light come on, ok not bad but every 5 to 10 seconds the tail lights would blink like a strobe light, found out latter that it will cost me another $500 to fix the problem so i sad F that, 6 months latter when i started to work on it again i found a solution by accident, what you will need to make the complete car in LED lights,

1 LED tail lights
2 LED marker bolbes in front corners
3 LED side markers
4 LED angel lights
5 LED turn bolbs in the back

every think looks good and its all in LED with a little work and some local both parts

extra parts you will need

2 universal 4 pin relays with wiring kit $16 and some wire
lets start in the back on the relay pin one to the battery + pin 2 to - pin 3 to light that you want to turn on pin 4 which is the remote wire this one is the most importend on and it will be connected to the wire that you are replacing such as the tail lights.

you will only need one relay for the front and one in back so you will have to connect the power from both sides of the car to the pin 4 remote wire i you do this right it will work for you and you will not get the warning light on the dash bord and the wont blink.

same goes in front

turns you will need 50w 6oms resistor for every light bolb so 4 in all $10

and that is all it dose look way better then the original light like new car for sure....

Somehow I cannot see my car going from the ultimate driving machine to the ultimate LED machine.

Gimmicks are great but I'm happy with my Orion V2 angel eyes. Anything more does nothing to enhance the driving experience.

Your mods are well thought out and executed but I think you own the wrong car.

you do get more HP with LED.. LOL

we all need something to do and improve no meter what is, horse power or the look and as we all know every BMW is maxed out with power with the NA engines, To me the e39 is the best looking car from the BMW line up but there are some things that could be improved..

Im not really a fan of the headlights, they look a little ricey, but not the worst I have seen. I have also put worse on my car... The tail lights are pretty decent though.
