Does it appear as though the MF was RAISED in certain cases? I thought the 335i sedan was .0020 previously.

It was, I think Tarry accidentialy posted OLP for the MF the first time.

The "good days" last Spring were when we saw higher residuals. They dropped like crazy over the summer, but the MFs dropped to try to make up (they did not fully do so, but came close--nevertheless these were the bad days). A 2009 535i now has a 36 week resid of 59% while it was only 60% last Spring. The MF is now 220 and was 225. I thought everyone on this board said BMW will no longer have good lease deals, and that we would see a shift towards a focus on buyers rather than leasers. Am I missing something?

Why are you adding any markup? This is what you should aim for unless you are doing Euro Delivery.

I downloaded a sheet not too long ago that indicated the OLP money factor is .00190. I do intend on doing an ED and i do qualify for OLP. Ultimately my dealer quoted me a .0024 MF. He said that it included a dealer mark up of .0004, an ED mark up of .0003 and the OLP discount of .0002. Is this not accurate? Should dealers not be marking it up .0004. He seemed to indicate that it was standard practice. Not to mention that I've since been seeing OLP rates at .00150 now. What rate should I be paying on a 3yr lease ED for a 328xi sedan with 12k miles?

From the available info posted, you should be getting a MF of 0.00215 + 0.0003 for the ED minus 0.0004 for the OLP = 0.000205. Your lease should be based on a residual of 62% of the MSRP. Any higher MF means you are getting ripped off. If that is the case, you should contact one of the bimmerfest sponsors, they will give you a deal that will be very tough to beat, with one phone call or email. If I were you, I would also do MSDs and lower your MF (and payment) even further. Also, you should negotiate for around $1000 over ED invoice for final cost. Don't put anything down, it is not a strategically sound move.

anyone has the Nov rates for 2009 models? I heard they dropped the 3-series to 0.00150!
