Warning message - engine fault?
HI - greeting from Ireland
I have an engine fault displaying on my 2008 520d M Sport - Auto. The message states that there is an "Engine fault- Reduced Power, possible to continue journey, drive moderately, Visit BMW service". The car has only 9000 miles on the clock, any ideas? I did notice that it was jerking when i had it in reverse and was putting on brake, possibly unrelated. Any advice greatfully appreciated, but will be on to the dealer first thing tomorrow.
