Need Owner's Choice deal in Texas, any help?

I am in Texas and need to do Owner's Choice here because of the messed up tax rules regarding consumer leases (same thing applies for Illinois residents). It's no big deal, slightly more expensive than a lease, but no fees either and the title is in your name at least. I've done my last two BMW's this way through BMWFS and it works just fine.

Anyway, my '01 330i is coming off Owner's Choice and needs to get turned in next month. I'd like to get a new BMW to replace it yet this month in June, while the nice deals on the remaining '03 330ci's are out there. But, my local dealer is a problem of late, they don't seem to want to sell cars anymore. Too busy selling SUVs next door at their Lexus dealership I think.

So, is there a dealer that wants to sell me a car, given that I am in Texas and would do Owner's Choice? Looking for '03 330ci with all options including Steptronic, other than no Nav. Prefer black sapphire/brown leather or orient blue/brown leather if available, o/w any color other than green or white with black leather is fine. My current 330i is black on black, so a change would be nice though ;-)

Good luck. There are not a lot of 330s out there right now. Ton of 325s.

Thanks Kyle, checked autobahn's inventory, they don't have what I'm looking for but I know they're easy to work with, I bought my prior BMW from them when I was still living in Houston, went very smoothly.

I'm going to my dealer a chance to do my deal as posted in a thread a bit above this one and give him first crack. I test drove my cars there after all. If he doesn't want to play nice though I'll start calling around, and autobahn will likely be first call.
