Rear Disc Conversion
Hey everybody. I have some rotors and 4 big beefy calipers sitting around at storage. i am planning on putting the larger calipers on the front. so my question is what do i have to do to first, change the front calipers, and second, switch over to discs in the rear? thanks.

I too have considered installing disc brakes in the back. But it would require, according to my BMW mechanic adding brake lines, new distributor quite alot. He said that if I have to ask... well you know.

If you can find 323i rear trailing arms they have rear disc and the arms are a direct bolt on. I switched mine with the trailing arms and then modified e30 caliper to fit rear. I also have the famous volvo girling calipers on front.

Could you use the equipment off a 5-series for that era?
