45 - 55 grand will be the price depending on options. I beleive this will be too pricy for most. I was just looking at a Mazda RX8 which is priced at 32. BMW is going from affordable to High Priced. I think you will see sales drop big time, and unfortunately for the new Z4 it will be too costly and sales will suffer

Boxster is $46,600 starting and Boxster S is $56,700. These are much better drivers cars IMO.
Z4's gotta be at a discount to this duo. I would expect the Z4 turbo to start at around the Boxster (base). Perhaps the Z4 3.0 NA will start at 40. |

Well, now that '09 Z4 pricing is out the need for a Z2 is really there if BMW wants to remain in the same roadster market they were in when they introduced the Z3. I hope they come through.
