How I spent my new year. MODS

So I finally got home from Iraq for a little bit and had a few things waiting on me that I bought myself for Christmas to go on my BMW.
I didn't get a chance to take as many pictures as I wanted. Here are a few though of the progress. I am not quite finished yet because they shipped the wrong exhaust and I am waiting for them to get back with me on a replacement and I also had to order spacers for the wheels because the fronts are rubbing the new coils. Thanks to everyone that helped out.

What went on so far.
ST V1 coilover suspension
TurnerMotorsports Sway Bars
ATE Slotted rotors
Axxis Ulitmate Street Pads
Clear corners
Clear Sidemarkers
Red/Clear/Red Tails.
18"x8.5" CSL Replica wheels

Still needs to go in
K&N FIPK
Conforti Shark
UUC TSE3 exhaust (hopefully if it gets shipped soon enough)
Wheel Spacers.
Wheel locks.

Still Needs to get fixed/purchased
Some oil leaks
Steering pump leaks
Transmission pan gasket leak
Headlight/AEs

Before:
Photobucket
Photobucket
Photobucket

Durring:
Photobucket
Photobucket
Photobucket
Photobucket
Photobucket

Photobucket

After:

Photobucket

After I get everything completed and the thing washed I'll take some good pics- plus get under there and take some of the sways. Everything went on relatively easy.
All parts purchased from ModBargains.com
Wheel locks from Bavauto
Wheel Spacers from ESC Tuning.

Good work. Those wheels look great, congrats. Is your car an automatic or a 5 speed?

I was only asking because I was seeing some similarities with another certain member of this board. '99 323i, put 18in wheels on it, likes doing his own mods, drives an automatic, eeeeh?

You and I might be in competition, MissModena has started calling me Smolck the Second.

Yes I am Starting to follow the ways of the Smolck as well. Wait till I start tackling the interior, and do a trans swap

Yeaaaah, I wrapped my trim in Alcantara and I'm waiting on a leather gear selector from ebay. I'm giving serious thought to making my interior black and natural brown.

Also that pesky transmission needs to go.

I was thinking of doing a black and tan leather interior with either Cube black trim or silver trim. I need to fix some fender damage and worn interior parts too . Plus I can't decide on what headlights to get yet.

Too bad you're in CA, we could figure out our interiors together. I had been planning on painting my trim black because the kits are outrageously expensive. But then I saw what Smolck did and went for it because this wont glare. It looks good, wish I knew how to get it a little neater around the edges though. I'll have to post pics after my knob comes.

DUDE! The ride is HOT! I love the stance from the coil overs and the wheels! Your car looks better than mine already! You deserve it for defending our freedom!

BTW, PM me for tips on dyeing, I can help you avoid some mistakes I made!

Here are some more pictures of the suspension and wheels before the spacers go on. Which just came in.

Well the wheel spacers went on. Everything fit perfect and it brought it out away from the coils so they don't rub anymore. I only went with 5mm all around. Drove it around in varying conditions, nothing too harsh, for 16+/- miles to test the suspension. Nothing rubs and nothing fell out so I think I am good. The ride isn't too stiff and it corners like it's on rails.

Now just waiting for the UUC exhaust to come in. Don't know if it will make it before I have to ship back to Iraq.

Sweet Jesus! Looks like a whole new car. Nice job!

The word "there" can appear as a pronoun, as in “over there".

"Their" is a possessive pronoun. In a phrase like “Susan and Bill's car,” it could be used to to make a new phrase: “their car.”

”They're” is a contraction of “they are.”
“They are” should always be able to replace “they're.”

Extra credit: It's "I'm looking for an M3" not "I'm looking for a M3".
